This is the official online payment website for The Kids Clinic. At this time, we only electronic check (e-check) payments and payments made with a Health Savings Account (HSA) card that has the Visa or MasterCard logo. When making a payment using your bank account you will need to have your bank routing and account number readily available to complete the payment process.

The minimum payment amount is $3.00 and the maximum is $300. If you need to make a payment for more than $300, please contact us directly at 509.448.7337.

CREDIT CARD REFUND POLICY Payments made with a Health Savings Account card will only be refunded to the card used. Refunds are submitted to the Practice Administrator within 30 days of a claim being fully paid, unless there are extenuating circumstances. The Practice Administrator is the only one that can approve and complete a refund.
