What is Paystation®?

Paystation® is an online payment service that connects billers (companies, municipalities, etc.) with bill payers. Paystation® saves valuable time and hassle for bill payers while drastically reducing printing, paper, postage, and processing costs for billers.

How does Paystation® work for billers?

Once your business chooses to become part of the Paystation® network, our IT staff will create a customized payment portal which will allow your customers to make payments quickly and securely.

Simply add links on your website to the Paystation® page dedicated to your business, and wait for the money to roll in. A fully customized report and posting file will be sent to you at the end of each processing day – just drop the file into your accounting software and you’re done. Collection has never been easier!

What payment types does Paystation® support?

Paystation® supports all types of electronic payments, including electronic check (ACH), debit, and credit card. Additionally, Paystation® supports all of the major credit card brands, such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

If you would only like to accept specific types of payments or brands, Paystation® will customize your page to only show those specific options.

How does Paystation® keep my customers’ information secure and private?

We are PCI certified. Paystation® treats all biller and payer information as confidential. Paystation® does not sell or rent information. To protect biller and payer information, Paystation® uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encrypting technology to transmit and receive data. Paystation® maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to help prevent unauthorized access to your personal information. Only the most powerful security and encryption tools available in the marketplace are utilized.

What if my customers need help making payments?

If a customer needs help making a payment, Customer Service is available by email at support@paystation.com. A dedicated support specialist will personally walk the customer through the payment step-by-step and answer any questions that may arise.

Can this system integrate with my accounting software?

Yes! Paystation® provides your daily posting file in any specification required for seamless integration into your current accounting system. No need to change anything – let Paystation® do the work so you can focus on your core business.

How do I get started?

To get started, call (206) 965-3604 or email sales@paystation.com to be connected with a Paystation® account representative. Enrollment and implementation are easy and hassle-free. Most businesses begin processing payments online within five business days!

Can I use Paystation® to pay my bills?

Yes! If your biller is a member of the Paystation® network you can make a payment in minutes. To get started, select the “Home” button from the menu above. From the “Home” page, search for the biller you wish to pay in the search bar, or navigate the “All Clients” list to find the biller.

Currently, payments can only be made to billers that are members of the Paystation® network. If your biller is not a member of the Paystation® network, please feel free to contact them and request that they join! Additionally, you can suggest a business for Paystation® by emailing our team.

What payment types does Paystation® support?

However, some billers may choose to only accept specific payment types or brands.

How do I know what form of payment my biller accepts?

When making a payment, each biller website within Paystation® will only display the types of payment that the biller chooses to accept.
