time, we are able to accept payments online for direct bill policies only. Payments
made via this website should be submitted at least 5 days before the due date to
avoid late fees. Please note that we must receive at least the minimum payment as
shown on your statement by the due date in order to avoid cancellation due to nonpayment.
If you make a payment in error, you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org in
