To make a payment online, a convenience fee of $3.00 will be added to the eCheck payment amount. A convenience fee of $3.50 will be added to the Credit Card payment amount. This fee will be charged in addition to the payment amount you are making for your RWD bill and will not be credited to your RWD account. This fee is charged for the convenience of using this alternative online payment method. The payment total will be displayed on the "Confirm Details" page.
By clicking the checkbox below, you agree to pay the convenience fee and also agree to pay the amounts displayed above: the "Payment Amount" + the "Convenience Fee."
By checking the box below you hereby confirm your acceptance of the fee and agree to pay the total amount indicated in accordance with this website's
