Payments made via this website should be submitted at least two days before the due date. This transaction has a convenience fee which is the fee for the use of this service. Your convenience fee, will be 2.95% + $0.20 per transaction for Credit Card Payments. ECheck payments will be charged at the rate of $2.95 per transaction.

Credit Card refunds will be handled within 30 days on a case by case basis with manager approval.
